Why I do what I do
I left a CFO career because I realised I could create greater business value by developing the leaders who run businesses.
Today, I scale my impact by contributing to the success of multiple leaders and multiple businesses.
Because a business grows only as far as its leaders, and leaders grow only as far as their teams.
CFO to Coach Journey
It seemed life was thriving. A successful career, recognition, awards, and global exposure. And yet, something felt missing.
“What’s my purpose? How can I truly help others grow?”
I realised that the greatest driver of business performance was not strategy alone, but the quality of leadership thinking and decision-making. That insight lit a fire in me.
I must admit. I did not have the courage to act on it immediately. I was procrastinating. A plush corporate career is not easy to walk away from. But finally, I mustered the courage when I realised this inner calling aligned with my purpose.
That changed everything.
I stepped out of my comfort zone and into a new identity as a Business and Leadership Coach, working with global corporate leaders and teams. My work got recognised with the Value Creator Award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
To deepen my contribution, I pursued my Doctorate from the Swiss School of Business and Management, researching High Performance Leadership and its influence on Financial Growth in Corporates. It was also the fulfilment of my mother’s dream.
Today, as “The Gain Enabler”, I blend my finance experience, leadership journey, and coaching expertise to elevate the growth, impact, and success of leaders and organisations worldwide, while continuing to serve as an Independent Director on corporate boards.
My life’s purpose: to add value to a million people, enabling them to grow in their purpose, performance, and profits.

With over 30 years of corporate leadership experience, including serving as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at Dun & Bradstreet Technologies, I bring boardroom insight, financial discipline, and coaching expertise to leadership development.

- Strengths first. My starting point is amplification by finding what already works and building powerfully from there.

- Finance and leadership are inseparable. Every leadership decision has a financial consequence. Every financial result has a leadership cause. I coach at that intersection because that is where sustainable growth is.
